I love the skirt in its entirety - scalloped white ruffles, blue color, the bow, the high waist. All of it. This is a skirt I'd take in every color. I think the white top is great. The whole look is very put together and classy. It's very feminine. If I could afford it, I would buy this whole look.Yes please!

That's weird. I saw an episode during break where Stacey and Clinton told a woman to buy multiples of a blouse in different colors because it looked good on her! Hmm...
